Returns Policy

At Kratom and More Direct, customers must contact us within thirty (30) days of receiving the product to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Kratom and More Direct does not assume responsibility for return shipping costs on any merchandise (defective or otherwise). All orders are thoroughly inspected and adequately packed before shipment.

Kratom and More Direct assumes responsibility for the quality of our goods upon arrival to the customer and covers shipping costs for product exchanges when shipped to the customer.

NOTICE: All return requests must be accompanied by the original product (defective or otherwise) in unopened and untampered condition to qualify for a refund. All Kratom and More Direct products are packaged in heat-sealed zip-lock bags. This seal must remain unbroken for a product to qualify for a refund. Kratom and More Direct reserves the right to refuse product refunds on questionable returns and does not offer refunds on opened products.

To qualify for an exchange or store credit, Kratom and More Direct requires the return of the original product. While we do not require that a product returned for store credit be in unopened and untampered condition, we reserve the right to refuse return requests. Kratom and More Direct also reserves the right to deny an exchange or credit upon inspection of any returned merchandise. Kratom and More Direct will not reship a returned item for any reason.
